How To Make Italian Beef and Rice Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 cups blended veggies, peas and carrots
- 3/4 cup white rice
- 15 oz diced tomatoes, canned
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cups of meat stock
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cups mozzarella cheddar
Instructions
Number one, Brown the ground meat and onion in an enormous skillet until not, at this point pink, channel any abundance fat.
Number Two, Return skillet to the burner and include the tomatoes, blended veggies, rice, meat stock, oregano, garlic salt, basil, and pepper. Mix until joined and bring to a light bubble. Diminish warmth to a stew, spread, and let cook until rice is delicate (around 17 minutes).

You can substitute 1 cup of little pasta (shells, macaroni, and so on) for the rice whenever wanted.
