Old Bay Shrimp Burritos

Fresh lime juice 3/4 tsp
Sriracha 1 1/2 tsp
Old Bay seasoning, plus more   for serving 1/2 tsp
Kosher salt (optional)
FOR SHRIMP FILLING
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Ground cumin 1/4 tsp
Freshly ground pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
Small shrimp, peeled and   deveined, tails removed 1 lb
Garlic thinly sliced 2 cloves
Kosher salt
Small green bell pepper, diced 1
Yellow onion, finely chopped 1/2.

FOR ASSEMBLING BURRITO
chopped chives, plus more for   serving 2 tbsp
Avocado, thinly sliced 1
pico de gallo, drained 1 c
shredded lettuce 1 c
cooked long-grain white rice 1 c
large flour tortillas, warmed 4
cooked black beans, rinsed and   drained 1 c
shredded Mexican cheese

DIRECTIONS


Number one, Make the aioli: Whisk together mayo, Sriracha, lime juice, Old Bay, and 1 teaspoon water. Season with salt, whenever wanted.

Number two, Make shrimp filling: In a huge skillet over medium-high warmth, include oil, onion, ringer pepper, and garlic. Cook, mixing every so often, until daintily brilliant, around 2 minutes. Mix in shrimp, cumin, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, mixing once in a while, until hazy and simply cooked through, around 4 minutes.
