Directions 

=> Preheat the stove to 425°F. Hurl together the tomatoes, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the tomatoes in 1 layer on a preparing sheet and meal for 35-40 minutes.

=> Warmth 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a huge stockpot over medium warmth. Include onions and red pepper pieces, and cook, blending sometimes until the onions are translucent, around 10 minutes.
