BEEF AND BROCCOLI RAMEN STIR FRY

This simple sautéed food is a one-pot supper turn on the great Chinese takeout hamburger and broccoli dish. I like to include ramen noodles, alongside a handcrafted exquisite sauce, to make it a total supper all alone.

On the off chance that you are keen on an increasingly conventional formula without the ramen noodles, look at this Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry formula!

HOW TO MAKE  BEEF AND BROCCOLI RAMEN STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 (5.6-ounce) bundles refrigerated Yaki-Soba, flavoring sauce parcels discarded*
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound flank steak, meagerly cut over the grain
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 3/4 cup diminished sodium soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup hamburger stock
  • 1/4 cup nectar
  • 3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons earthy colored sugar, pressed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon newly ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha, discretionary

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hamburger stock, nectar, vinegar, earthy colored sugar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, Sriracha, and 1/2 cup water; put in a safe spot.
  2. In an enormous pot of bubbling water, include Yaki-Soba until released, around 1-2 minutes; channel well.
  3. Warmth olive oil in a huge skillet over medium-high warmth. Include steak and cook, flipping once until caramelized, around 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in Yaki-Soba, broccoli and soy sauce blend until broccoli is delicate and the sauce is somewhat thickened, around 3 - 4 minutes.
  5. Serve promptly, decorated with sesame seeds, whenever wanted.

NOTES:

*Yaki-Soba is ramen-style noodles and can be found in the refrigerated path of your neighborhood supermarket.
